Hi, I’m Debra. I am an author, investor, and coach. I have seen a lot and done a lot in the book publishing and real estate business. I have an extensive list of things that I've done for years and still do today in this industry. I currently work on projects that consist of self- publishing, writing classes, real estate investing for: wholesaling, rehabbing, flipping, long-term rentals, and vacation rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO and several more. Through all of my experiences as an author and an investor, I really love the business because it has given me independence, financial freedom, and early retirement. Both business can definitely do it for you too when you invest in yourself. However, real estate is the safest and fastest-growing wealth builder in America. 90% of millionaires have gained their wealth through real estate investing. My ultimate goal as your coach is to help you to be self- made and wealthy.
